Healthy Communities creates momentum that assists economically disadvantaged individuals and families in leading healthy lifestyles. We promote rational decision-making by providing health and housing services, informative, educational sessions, and reliable resources. Healthy Communities targets the economic, environmental, and social barriers that prevent underserved communities from attaining health equity for the purpose of establishing, “healthy homes, healthy bodies, and health(y) literacy” in the metro Atlanta area.
